JIU CHUNG was founded in 1984. The major product offerings are Electric-heater, Oven and Furnace with low, middle, high, and super-high temperature (max.2000℃) for the use of industry, automatic machinery, and automatic engineering. The company's chairman, Mr. Chung, has joined the area for 32 years, and acceded the company from his father, who is the pioneer in electric heater industry of Taiwan. In order to adapt ourself to the changing circumstance, we do our best to improve the automatic system, and the thermo-process technology of STN-LCD, TFT-LCD, PDP, and LED. Especially, we develop the firing oven, baking oven , and vacuum oven with high temperature, and own many patents of the related function. Because of the condition of cleanness, we established the clean room with 850m for assembly and testing. In the other hand, JIUH CHUAN cooperates with YAMAZAKI , which is a famous company of electric heater oven in Japan to improve the electric firing technology of FDP large size glass panel, and provide the demanding of advance technology for the customers. The whole system performs at all of the departments by cooperation to ensure that we can control the pace of manufacturing and maintain the best quality. In 2000,fortunately, JIUH CHUAN received the Taiwan Expert Machinery Company Award from the President of Taiwan. Specification:


  1. Carbon fiber specification: 1k~12k
  2. Tow band width (max.): 3000㎜.
  3. Tow speed (max.): 12M/min.
  4. Work: according to the demanding party, or offers and designs according to the supplier.
  5. Electrolyte device method: multiple electrolytic tanks.
  6. Rinsing device: multiple rinsing tanks.
  7. Each tank circulates independently, to make sure effective electrolysis and water-wash length in economic perspective.
  8. Maintain constant temperature in electrolyte and rinsing water all year round, good steady quality in production, is not affected by weather and seasonal variation.
  9. Heating by steam, not electric heater, to lower the direct impact of electrolyte and rinsing water.
  10. Dry rollers to squeeze excess liquid for both electrolyte and rinsing device, reduces water consume and energy consume of drying equipment after rinsing.
  11. Rollers on electrolytic tanks are all ground insulating.
  12. Electrolytic tanks are ground insulating guarantees the electrolytic electricity result.
  13. Rollers on electrolytic tanks are anti-corrosive coating with harden process, in order to avoid coating pealing off.
  14. All metal parts of contacting liquids used sus304 or sus316, including piping, valve, flange, etc.
  15. In order to clean conveniently, piping can be easily dismantled and valve can be easily removed.
  16. Flow design of electrolyte and rinsing tanks: reversal, turbulent flow, and non- horizontal static flow.
  17. Spray device of rinsing tanks: showered by desalinized water in water curtain style (similar design for spraying room), water continuously in whole width, water volume is adjustable.
