JIU CHUNG was founded in 1984. The major product offerings are Electric-heater, Oven and Furnace with low, middle, high, and super-high temperature (max.2000℃) for the use of industry, automatic machinery, and automatic engineering. The company's chairman, Mr. Chung, has joined the area for 32 years, and acceded the company from his father, who is the pioneer in electric heater industry of Taiwan. In order to adapt ourself to the changing circumstance, we do our best to improve the automatic system, and the thermo-process technology of STN-LCD, TFT-LCD, PDP, and LED. Especially, we develop the firing oven, baking oven , and vacuum oven with high temperature, and own many patents of the related function. Because of the condition of cleanness, we established the clean room with 850m for assembly and testing. In the other hand, JIUH CHUAN cooperates with YAMAZAKI , which is a famous company of electric heater oven in Japan to improve the electric firing technology of FDP large size glass panel, and provide the demanding of advance technology for the customers. The whole system performs at all of the departments by cooperation to ensure that we can control the pace of manufacturing and maintain the best quality. Specification:


  1. Purpose: after electrolysis and water rinsing, carbon fiber dry completely to ensure good sizing process.
  2. Style:
    　

      　
    • H-03: Horizontal multi-layer style
      　
    • V-03: Vertical multi-path style
      　

  3. Hot air circulation style: compulsive circulated hot air, blown horizontally on both side of each fiber with angle tilted turbulence flow.
  4. Size: Max. band width 3000mm, each pass heating length Max.12m, the quantity of pass is unrestricted. H-03 adopt 3 pass or 5 pass, V-03 adopt 2 pass or 4 pass in general.
  5. Furnace temperature of operation: 200~300℃
  6. Feeding requirement: Weight percentage of the moisture＜60％.
  7. Drying result: weight percentage of the moisture＜1％.
  8. Retention time of the process: adopt with suitable design.
  9. Number of temperature control zone: adopt with suitable design.
  10. Maintain and replacement of heaters: Operation outside of the furnace, no need for dismantle the furnace body.
  11. Height of pass: Full consideration of droop increment, and harmless to fiber.
  12. Devices composed: Thermal insulation, hot air circulation device, hot air circulation piping, heaters, exhaust of edge of furnace, filter screen, oven door in operating side etc..
  13. Hot air circulation fan: rotational speed ＜1400RPM, grounded on the floor to reduce noise and vibration
  14. Material in the furnace: sus304 stainless steel board.
  15. Including surface smooth roller, and drip holding device etc.
